Refund Policy

• We dont offer monetary refunds. If you are unhappy with the service we've provided, we offer a satisfaction guarentee.

• Satisfaction Guarantee (Reclean Policy): We offer to return and reclean , provided we are notified within 24 hours of the service.

• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24-48 hours' notice will incur a fee of $50 to compensate for lost time.

• Lockout Fees: If our team of cleaning technicians cannot gain access to the property, the full cost of the service will be charged as we cannot rebook the time slot you were given at the time of appointment. Please provide us with two (2) keys to be able to enter the property. The cleaning team and the Owner of business will each have a copy in the event one is lost/misplaced. These will be returned at the end of season.

• Damages: Beach Bum Cleaning Pros cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unstable items such as pictures not hung securely, items with unstable bases, floating shelves, or improperly secured items. The client is responsible for cleaning curio cabinets, figurines, glassware, and items of extreme or sentimental value. If a cleaner breaks an item, Beach Bum Cleaning Pros will pay up to $100 per item or the replacement cost with verified value. The client must save the broken item for inspection.
