Yes. Beach Bum Cleaning Pros is fully registered and insured, so your home and our teams are always protected.
Will I get the same cleaning technicians each time?
We do our best to send the same team cleaning professionals to your home each visit, so they can learn your space, your routines, and your preferences.
What is the price?
We determine pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, along with the estimated duration of the cleaning. Simply select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms on our website to receive an instant quotation.While we consider several factors when providing an initial estimate over the phone, our cleaning technicians may find it necessary to allocate additional time to complete the full scope of service in your home. We will contact you one hour before the scheduled completion of your initial cleaning to discuss any unforeseen circumstances.
Should extra time be required due to factors such as extensive dirt or a large number of decorations, you will have the choice to approve the additional time or adhere to the original estimate. Rest assured, we will never charge your card for any extra time without your explicit consent.

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on maintaining trusting relationships with our customers. All of our professionals are interviewed in-person and pass a rigorous nationwide background check.
Is my billing information safe?
Yes! We have 3 layers of protection in place to ensure your information is not compromised. First, our booking page is protected by extended SSL certification. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered in their own 256 bit security protocol. We never store your credit card information (only a token that allows us to charge the card). We promise your information is safe and secure.
Are there certain things you DO NOT clean?

We do not clean exterior windows
We do not clean any outdoor areas this is ONLY included with changeover services
We do not wash or scrub wallsWe do not remove or scrape off paint
We do not remove or dispose of heavy trash or furniture
We do not clean inside dishwashers
We do not move or slide large appliances to clean behind, underneath, or alongside them
We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher areas will be dusted with an extension duster
We do not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from humans or animals
We do not clean homes with severe mold or mildew problems
We do not clean up pest droppings (pigeons, mice, vermin, etc.)
We do not clean homes with bug infestations (bed bugs, roaches, etc.)
We do not stand on kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets
We do not clean garages (sweep only)
We do not clean homes that have no running water or electricity
We do not clean closets unless performing move in /move out clean
We do not move furniture
We do not clean cat litter box (including excess on floor)
We do not use our vacuum on pet soiled carpet
We do not clean carpets
